PINCH VALVES
The Trinova Pinch Valves are a heavy-duty enclosed and open frame construction full bore valve and-or cone sleeve valve that employs elastomer sleeves for flow shut-off and control in applications with abrasive and corrosive slurries. The sleeve is the only part in contact with the media, no other mechanical parts are required, and it is a maintenance free part. Pinch valves are mainly used in industries such as:
- Mining
- Chemical plants
- Pulp and paper
- Power plants
- Wastewater treatment
- Cement and ceramic
- Etc
Trinova’s patent pending design provides the end user with superior performance over other designs.
Trinova’s unique one piece stem eliminates friction and wear typically found in other two piece stem designs, while the quick release guide rails facilitate easy removal for-quick maintenance and sleeve replacement.
